Grooviest Property in Southington, CT

Ever since I was a kid, I marveled at this "house." Well, appearently no one lives here but it looks like a residence - a swanky 1970's one at that and one of the most bizarre looking properties in all of Southington.

I found it's owned by an LLC, a manufacturing company. It's somewhat mysterious but I went by today and finally took a picture of it. If I had a million bucks, I'd walk up to that front doorstep and make him an offer.

For those of you who want to see this property in person it is located on Spring Street in Southington. Coming from Queen Street it's on the right hand side past The StepSaver/Observer building.
