This was all started because an Asset Protection Associate posted sensitive company information online, quoted as "information about a restructuring" and got terminated. This is yet another reminder that employers monitor all social media!!

Information about a restructuring could have serious impacts on the stock price, and could
even lead to an insider trading situation.  There are good reasons why a company would
discipline an employee for leaking this info.

I absolutely agree. The employee that was fired should have known better than to post any such Sensitive Company Information anywhere including online.
