Red, White, and Blue Thrift store is a chain with 21 locations. The only location in Connecticut is in the former Saver's on Wolcott Road in Waterbury. They're cash only and have operating hours of 9AM-6PM Monday-Saturday and are closed on Sundays.

I am familiar with the location on Saw Mill Run Blvd. in Pittsburgh.
A VERY busy location!  I have been driving past it for years, but have never
actually stopped in.

Reasons for that are: a) Parking lot is nearly always full and I have no idea where I would
actually be able to put my car, and b) I am generally driving Saw Mill Run (PA 51) northbound,
and this store is on the southbound side, across a four-lane divided highway.

A friend of mine says he buys clothes there for his growing grandkids, and always
gets good deals.
