American Apparel reported close to second Chapter 11 filing

Sure enough, earlier this month they filed for bankruptcy a second time and now they're closing all their stores and selling their inventory and brand name to Canadian activewear maker Gildan. Just prior to the filing they closed all their non-US stores.
