Hartford (CT)/Sprinfield (MA) Oldies Station gets new morning host

28 year radio veteran Larry Kratka came out of retirement this morning (11/10/15) to join the staff of OLDIES 990/1490 WXCT. Larry takes over the morning show time-slot (6AM-10AM) from Fred King who slides into the 10AM-2PM time slot. OLDIES 990/1490 was already airing Larry's self-syndicated specialty Oldies radio show on the weekend called "Nothing, but Old 45s". To get acquainted with the station Larry did a few test shows in the afternoon over the past few weeks.

And after moving Fred King to Middays last week, now WXCT has let him go.
