Simon Konover of the Konover Corporation passed away at 93. His company owned many shopping centers and apartment complexes.

Farmington Valley Mall - Simsbury, Connecticut (Now The Simsbury Commons and owned by Edens)

Chamberlain Plaza - Meriden, Connecticut (Now owned by Brixmor)
