Discuss gas stations in pop culture here.

Here are some of my examples:

MOVIES:

Back to the Future (1985):
Texaco in downtown Hill Valley - In 1985, it is a contemporary black and red self-service gas station with convenience store, where in 1955, it is a full-service gas station with banjo-style Texaco sign, and garage bays.

Back to the Future II (1989):
Texaco in downtown Hill Valley - In 2015, Texaco is an automated service station servicing flying cars, while the first floor where the original Texaco location stood is now a 7-Eleven store.

The Flintstones (1994): A Chevron gas station parody known as Chevroc services the drivers of the stone-aged cars in the city of Bedrock.

The Wizard (1989): A Sinclair gas station can be seen briefly in this film.

TV:

An Exxon/Texaco parody known as Texxon can be seen in an episode of The Simpsons.

A Mobil station can be seen in a few episodes of Knight Rider.

MUSIC VIDEOS:

Towards the end of the Tears for Fears music video for "Everybody Wants to Rule the World", an Exxon gas station sign can be seen.

In the music video for Tiffany's "I Think We're Alone Now", the 76 "orange ball" can be seen, spinning and all.

Near the end of Sting's music video for "Fields of Gold", two BP gas pumps can be seen.

A Mobil station can also be seen in the music video for "Kyrie" by Mr Mister from 1986. Also, this is a less famous hit song, but a Mobil station is visible in the video for "Geno" by Dexys Midnight Runners (more famous for their 1983 hit "Come on Eileen") from 1980.

Dinoco is a combined parody of Sinclair Oil and Conoco seen in the Disney/Pixar films "Toy Story" (1995) and "Cars" (2006).
