The Dollar Tree in Bristol, CT stole 2 Stop & Shop carts. The 2 store are neighbors in the plaza. The carts are full of discounted Christmas Merchandise. It should be noted that this Dollar Tree is not allowed to sell frozen food because of Stop & Shop.
