No, it is about 10 years (1999 or so).

And despite the BS the management company is spewing, I don't see them leasing those two vacant spots any time soon.

Well I guess I get to eat crow...HH Gregg is supposedly taking over Circuit City's spot in the shopping center.  No word yet about anything to occupy Linens & Things space but I'm wondering if they could convince Big Lots to open a store there.
