Pontiac is being discontinued at the end of 2010, and possibly GMC. Together they form GM's Pontiac-GMC sales division.

I'm going to miss Pontiac too.  I drove a 2000 Grand Am GT from 2002 to 2005 (Picture) and a Pontiac Vibe since then...

It's sad but I understand how it would have been costly to revive that brand after years of rebadge and unexciting cars...

A real "Excitement" brand does not have a Minivan, the Pontiac G3 or the Aztek... too much damage to the image of Pontiac.

Yes I miss the old Pontiac Back when they had there own powertrains My first car was a 73 Catalina  and owned several others  including a 73 Grandville with the 455 ho 4 bbl carb
sold it with 234000 miles on it
always liked and still would love to find a Trans Am Bandit edition  although there becoming quite rare
