Frankly, it's sad, but they have to turn the page on Wagoner.  Even if he started restructuring and can be credited for some good moves, the company lost more than 90% of it's value under his watch...

He did not appeared ready to make the bold moved needed to deeply restructure GM into a leaner, profitable company.

They need a new Steve Job-type CEO that will clean the mess, restore the company and bring a new GM into the future.
