Just kidding!

Anyways, tried to access the site through my high school and local library... it wouldn't let me :flaming: because this site is classified as... hmm... 'adult entertainment' and 'erotic' :insane::insane:

Kinda funny... I mean, isn't Ames the farest thing from "erotic" things out there?

I know the problem. Click on the photo gallery on the Fan Club homepage, and look at all the spam.

Actually, I filtered all that out about a week ago.

Some blocking software, such as the software I use to block the kids at the school I work at, automatically update themselves with lists from central servers.  It is definitely possible our site got spidered by a server all those inappropriate spam comments put it on a block list.

Bad news, I did a search on Google, and it's back.

Whats back?

the P O R N spam

If you go to the photo gallery it is not there.  If you do a site search on google

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=site%3Aamesfanclub.com

it does come in google descriptions only because those results are cached with google.  Once google updates their digital copy of the page it will be removed, as the actual pages here no longer contain the spam.

This spam appears to be different.

I'm just saying, the spam is not actually on the site anymore, so hopefully it will help with access issues.
