The Roller Coaster Tycoon series is a great line of games (except on the 3DS).

Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 had some parks and rides from the Six Flags chain in it!

Several years ago I got a free version from the back of a box of cereal. Sometimes I would make it so the roller coaster would go flying off the tracks killing people.

Trying to kill people was one the most popular ways of playing Roller Coaster Tycoon.  :-\
