Batman: The Ride and Superman: Ultimate Flight at Six Flags Great America
I got a lot of favorite rides, but there is one ride that is my favorite that I've never rode, Tony Hawk's Big Spin/Pandemonium at Six Flags parks
Here's a picture of the coaster at Six Flags Fiesta Texas!

Batman the Ride and Superman: Ultimate Flight were my favorites at Six Flags Great America.
You've already mentioned those two rides, but which one is better?

Batman: The Ride was better. I liked how the ride queue was set up like a Gotham City alley complete with walls of graffiti and a police car that crashed into a fire hydrant. The ride itself was amazing, you board and exit the ride in a room resembling the Batcave, the ride literally turns you head over heels. At the entrance of the queue, there's a replica of the Batmobile from the Tim Burton Batman films.

Six Flags has a lot of clones of "Batman: The Ride" from Six Flags Great America including a relocated one that was at Six Flags New Orleans, but is now at Six Flags Fiesta Texas as "Goliath".
There was also a Batman ride called Batman: Knight Flight at Six Flags Worlds of Adventure (Geauga Lake). It was later renamed The Dominator, and when the theme park half of Geauga Lake closed, The Dominator was moved to Kings Dominion.
My most favorite amusement park ride in general is the roller coaster(s)!
