I know their still operating as a burger king franchisee but I was wondering if anybody remembered the old Carrols restaurants they were a competitor to McDonalds. I think the Burger King in Johnstown NY is one of the converted restaurants.
There was a Carrols in Scarborough, ME near the old Mammoth Mart. Carrols survived until 2012 in Finland, of all places.

Carrols used to be in Florida...and another burger place gone now was 'Royal Castle'
