I've never heard of America's Food Basket, but they're a small neighborhood grocery store with 20 locations including 3 in Massachusetts and 1 in New London, Connecticut. They're seeking to open in the long-vacant former Save-a-Lot in the Four Star Plaza on Allen Street in New Britain, Connecticut.

According to the NB Herald, it is a store catering to HISPANICS.

3 1/2 years later it appears they'll finally be opening America's Food Basket in New Britain in late February or early March.

America's Food Basket in New Britain finally opened. A Grand Opening is planned for April 28th.
