Title: Bumbershoot's
Post by: amesman on May 19, 2005, 05:05:37 PM
This concept was started in 1979, a year before Hojo's was sold to Imperial, and a year after Howard B. Johnson fled the scene and passed the company onto G. Michael Hostage. Apparently this was a Carribean themed restaurant. I know of two locations, but I forgot where they were.

This was probably the stupidest concept that came from the HoJo company.  It might be a tie with the "Chatt's" chain.
