Stern's was a very popular store. There was a Stern's where I live, and it was always very crowded. Here is a pic of the former Stern's in the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, New York.

we had a few aorund hear most of there stores became macys

There was one in Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers. It's now Macys.

here is the stern's in douglastown new york that is 150,000 square feet on 61st st in queens it is now macy;s. what was stern's like????

It was probably very similar to Macys, if thet were taken over by them..
