I was just at South Hills Village in Pittsburgh and the long-rumored renovation is underway. Demolition of the former Sears wing has begun. It is slated to be replaced with a brand new Von Maur Department Store. Von Maur is a small chain based in Iowa. The former Sears Auto Center is due to be replaced by a gym.
