Title: OW Office Warehouse
Post by: Retail_247 on January 14, 2023, 11:22:42 AM
for people who don't know what OW was, The founder of HQ Home Quarters Warehouse left the company shortly after it was founded to start a chain of office stores called OW Office Warehouse, OW was a short lived company as it was acquired by Kmart and merged with their (at the time) Office Max division

I spotted this on Google Maps / Street view funny enough, in front of a store called Home Emporium in Chesapeake, VA

it's also worth noting that this there's also a few HQ shopping carts as well

Given that is a closeout/salvage store, it makes perfect sense for them to have a fleet like that. Funny how HQ, OW and OfficeMax all ordered the same Rehrig carts, but with different colors and lower trays.
