The Goodwill Super Store located in the ShopRite Plaza in Bristol, CT is shutting down.

From my memories as someone who grew up in Bristol, I remember the space was once a drug store and later was Li'l Bob's Discount Furniture - a much smaller version of the popular furniture chain. In 2003 Bob's Discount Furniture in Bristol, West Simsbury, and Waterbury were closed and relocated to a nearly 60,000 Square foot location in the former Ames in Southington.

Update: July 19th is Goodwill's last day in Bristol.

Brammy's thoughts. Isn't 5 months kind of a long time to have a Going out of Business sale?
