The mall opened to the general public on October 25, 2019 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The first two tenants to open are an ice skating rink and a Nickelodeon Universe theme park. The Dreamworks waterpark is set to open is set to open in November 2019 and the first shops and restaurants are set to open in the mall next spring.
