As a cost cutting measure Sears is now using handwritten signs.

Wow, we never did that at ANY of the retail chains where I worked.

We even printed our own signs at the tiny Army Navy store I used to work at!

Seems that the one writing the article needs to pay a bit more attention, like the comment that those getting strollers would earn $3 (obviously looking at $26.99 - $29.99 as a math problem, when of course it's indicating that the strollers are in the range of $26.99 to $29.99)...
