They just opened one not too long ago in Cheektowaga, NY across from the Walden Galleria Mall.
The only one right around me - Midway Mall in Elyria, OH - opened in half of an odd dual-building bank complex (Huntington on one side, Society Bank on the other, I think?) that had a shared drive-through awning between the two buildings. (The other building became home to Aspen Dental.) This wasn't open for *too* long, and is now home to a Honeybaked Ham store. Oddly enough, the cactus-lined wrought-iron fence for the outdoor dining area is still there.
