Title: Hooters
Post by: ynkeesfn82 on July 10, 2013, 03:01:15 PM
Yesterday was the first time I went to Hooters. Never again.

I went to King of Prussia, PA yesterday and since I didn't have a car I decided to go to Hooters for dinner since it shares the parking lot with the Holiday Inn Express, which is where I stayed. Previously this Hooters was located on DeKalb Pike and this location in the parking lot of the hotel at one time was a Denny's.

Scantily clad ladies working there are all right, but it DOES NOT make up for crappy food. That was the worst food I've had in a long time. Their fried pickles barely had any batter on them, the onion rings were awful, and the CheeseSteak? I would've been better off going to Walmart and buying the ingredients to make my own. Never Again.

I can think of only one Hooters location I know of and that's in Amherst, NY on Maple Road that was next door to Ponderosa (now Friendly's). I think that particular location closed in either 2007 or 2008 and it stood vacant for a few years until it became an Irish pub.
