One near me is closing..(well they all are), but the funny thing is, about  2 months ago an A.C. Moore craft store opened DIRECTLY next to it...I knew one of them wouldn't make it, but I didn't expect it so soon :P. (the rag shop has a sign on their door saying A.C. moore had nothing to do with it...it was a corp. wide closure)
