that one will MOST LIKELY be on the list, I feel ones at risk of that list are ones in malls same condition as that mall you mention above or decaying condition w many stores gone and likely to stay in healthier and more updated malls. Bangor and Presque Isle renewed the leases.

I feel in NH: At Risk of Closing AT LEAST is the one in the Lilac Mall in Rochester. in Maine maybe the one in the Elm Plaza in Waterville?

I had posted an article from Patch.com about the sorry state of Century III Mall,
and the reporter quoted an unnamed Penney's employee as saying they all believed
that the store was going to close sometime in 2019.

Rumors that UPMC wants to acquire the mall, tear it down and build a hospital
are back.
