Faux Malls

There are many combination malls/strip centers in my area. Many were anchored by Acme Super Saver and Woolco originally. Examples:
MacDade Mall, Holmes, PA, opened 1969
Village Mall, Willingboro, NJ, opened 1973 CLOSED
Woodhaven Mall, Bensalem PA, opened 1973
Rising Sun Plaza, Philadelphia PA, opened 19??
Village Mall, Horsham PA, opened 1971
Tri-State Mall, Claymont DE, opened 1967

The Village mall is gone.......and windows maps shows it...24 miles away from me.......

we have one of those called the johnstown mall in NY it used to have a barkers department store where the fays was, then a jamesway an odd cafe and a fays/eckerd now among other things it has a price chopper, a peebles, a movie theater that closed and reopened when a company bought it out, a dollar store that has been there for as long as I remember but got relocated the eckerd is now a gamestop, a subway and an Aarons.
