NESTLE has sold its US Chocolate Division to the Italian company Ferrero.

The other bidder was Hershey.   At least this way Nestle gets to continue as a separate brand
(I suspect Hershey would have phased it out).   I don't eat a lot of candy but if I do have a
chocolate bar I prefer Nestle.

Personally I prefer Hershey. 

In Canada, the Kit Kat bar is made by Nestle and it does not taste the same as the Hershey-made U.S. Kit Kat.

The UK Pavilion at EPCOT sells the original British Kit-Kat bars.
I wonder if they taste any different?
