If you notice Target's "Price Cut" signs they have above clothing racks, etc... it looks very similar to the Caldor ones with the little triangle thing.

This store is a BIG W, a chain in Australia that uses themes like Rollback prices, low prices everyday and the smiley face... !!  Funny how the red signs are identical on older Wal-Mart stores in Canada...

But there are a lot of things that Caldor and Target have in common :yup:

but anyways i found out some histoery about my Caldor it opened in 1966 it had the tear drop logo  the stre was rentvated in the 70's they added the rainbow the Caldor there had a snack shop thingy and a phrmice too they changed it in the earlly 1990s and gave the store the new logo anmd compltey changed the inside of it changeding it from a 70's store to a 90's store they also gave it the new logo like usal thins store closed in 1999 and became kohls in 2000 and is still in bizzz as of 2005:(:)

No way that is from the 80's. Late 60's probably, notice it only lists one store location at the bottom.

maby it was the only location they had in that state or town but Caldor used that logo through out the 1980's in the 60's they had the tear drop logo in the 70's it was the rainbow in the 80's it was the orange logo in the 90's it was the whit red and grey logo
