They're trying to sell the remains as an ongoing concern, but at what point does it become too small to be viable?

I see the store in Imlay City, Michigan is closing.

That was a Fisher's Big Wheel location when I was there.  Our Ames store
was just across the street.  Ames located there because our CEO, Peter Hollis,
had previously run the Big Wheel chain and knew that to be an excellent location.

The Ames building is now a Tractor Supply.  Imlay City will apparently not have any
general merchandise retailer after May 12.
