To all Hartford Area citizens -- Go to the Moe's in South Windsor at Evergreen Walk> It is a great place. I usually go to the one next to my Staples -- once a week.

Interior of a Moe's/Carvel co-brand in Williston, VT. How does Moe's compare to Chipotle?

Not as good.
I went to the one in Williston (near Petsmart) just after they opened.
It was bad. And I don't think they had Ice Cream there then.

They're supposedly opening on Farmington Avenue in Bristol next to McDonald's in the former Carmine's Italian Grill.

Scratch that. Now I hear it's going into the former Quizno's in the Bristol Plaza next to Starbucks.
They will open at the Hamden Plaza in part of the former FYE space. The other part of it is now Froyoworld.

How big was that FYE that they were able to divide it? The Moe's in Southington took up the entire 2,800 Square Foot former Strawberry's. (FYE's sister store).

I don't know the size of the FYE. All I know is that the entire building, which includes also Panera is about 8,000 sq ft
Moe's in Bristol, CT is opening soon. Still no official date yet, but they have a Facebook Page up for the Bristol location. It's opening in the Former Quizno's in The Bristol Plaza near Starbucks. They finally took down the Quizno's sign and put up the Moe's sign.
https://www.facebook.com/moesbristol
I'm also surprised there isn't yet one in Waterbury. They could divided one of the empty store fronts in the Mattatuck Plaza. (Big Lots Plaza) on Wolcott Street.

I hope Moes is taking over more than just Quiznos, bc they weren't big. Newington will never get one bc we have two real Mexican restaurants and we are getting a Chiptole soon.
I don't know, man. Southington has one and they have 2 real Mexican Restaurants. - El Sombrero and Puerto Vilarta.
Moes will be featured on Undercover Boss this Friday 1/18/13 on CBS. 8PM Eastern.
Moe's is hoping to open in Wallingford, CT at 970 North Colony Road in the Plaza where Holiday Cinemas is.

Moe's is a good place to eat. I love them.

Moe's really brought some life to that end of the plaza. Before Moe's that side of the parking lot would be mostly empty. Just wait til Buffalo Wild Wings opens in a few months. I don't really like Mexican food, so I haven't been to Moe's.

Cornerstone Property Group announced on Monday that Buffalo Wild Wings will open at the end of June/beginning of July. Their website is down at the moment, so I cant post a link.

Ditto on that, I love their Taco Stacks!
Looks like a Moes will open next year on the Berlin Turnpike.
Mortensen's Restaurant that has been at its location for 37 years is closing at the end of this year. They will reopen just selling ice-cream and Moes will take up the other part of the building

hah i worked there one summer and the job was HORRIBLE but the food is pretty good
Bruce Steminsky (owner of at least half a dozen Moe's in Connecticut) just got a KIA SUV for his restaurant in Bristol. The license plate is 2YUMMY, which matches the one he has on his Nissan Cube in Southington 2TASTY.
Moe's is entering the Chicago Market. 20 restaurants are planned.

Moe's took over the former Pizza Hut at Eureka just east of Dix-Toledo in Southgate, Michigan for a while. They didn't do well in there either and it's now a local place.
