Old Junk Price Rite carts

These don't seem to go away do they? From the Glens Falls, NY location. Here's one of them.

Looks like they're just focused on the reuse part of reduce, reuse, recycle (since those look like old ShopRite carts).

Probably from a store that they replaced with newer carts but these were still functional, so they sent them to the "cheaper" part of the chain, figuring people shopping there are more concerned with what they pay then with what they put their purchases into?
