BTW the place is called a JC Penney Catalog Distribution Center and they had a store in there called "JC Penney Warehouse"

I think it closed in 2002 (the store did)

sigh I miss it.

They are still open. There is one in Franklin Mills Mall in Philadelphia.

JC Penney warehouse WASN'T a regular JC Penney outlet it was a warehouse that sold more than clothes and home stuff.

It also sold books, videos, toys.furniture (I think) and many other stuff too.

Hmm. JCPenney "outlet store" sounds familiar and I think its different than a regular JCPenney that could be it.

What was actually the JCPenney Outlet Store is what I and my family called "JCPenney Warehouse"

Could be!

you never know!

They're the same.

The JCPenney Outlet Stores never did go out of business at all. The two JCPenney Outlet Stores that we have in my state have survived. In fact, there are still (15) fifteen of them in business. What happened is back in 2011 an independent company purchased them. Here is a link to the topic of the business that they currently are.

It appears to no longer be open. Here is a link to the list of the 15 outlet locations that they have left which have been converted to JC's 5star OUTLET stores.

The Franklin Mills JCPenney Outlet Store closed in 2011.  in 3/2012, JCPenney opened a Full line Department Store in the old Outlet Store site.
