Does anyone have a Garfield's Restaurant in their city? We had one here in Evansville from 2000 to just recently (2005)
They were your ususal bland corporate restaurant that never really caught on in Evansville. Was wondering if the entire company when under or just the one here in town.
Here are some pics of the recently closed structure.
Here is the front of the building...you can see the label scars.
Here is another shot of the location......
The building itself was a neat/atristic concept, but the food was just that that you could get at any ohter Applebee's/TGIF, or Chili's
Heres one in Hagerstown, Maryland.

I kinda liked this place.
Sorry if i'm reviving an old thread, but when I came across this thread, I instantly though of the Garfield comics and cartoons.
I think the Garfield's restaurant chain went out of business!

This looks like the same chain? About 15 locations listed currently, scattered from Pittsburgh area west to Missouri, with a couple outliers in Alabama and Mississippi.

Here's what I think what happened to Garfield's, maybe they closed the bulk of the corporate-owned restaurants and some franchise owner(s) kept a few Garfield's Restaurants open.
I had never seen them in Pittsburgh.
Turns out they have 4 locations around the fringes.
Washington and Butler, PA, Morgantown, WV, and St. Clairsville, OH.
There is actually a neighborhood in Pittsburgh called "Garfield", so having
one here might be a bit confusing to people.
