Eyewitness News (WFSB/Hartford) reports that Bertucci's filed for bankruptcy yesterday and immediately terminated 29 leases. Eyewitness News crews observed them removing the sign from their restaurant at the corner of Queen Street and Spring Street in Southington, CT. Someone else on their Facebook page mentioned that their Brass Mill Mall location closed several months back.

Update. WFSB says Southington, Manchester, and Orange are the CT locations that have closed. The restaurants that remain open will be under new ownership. It says only 15 are closing.

That Manchester location didn’t last very long. The lease had to be sky high there, Its no surprise they axed that one.
