The reason Toys "R" Us/Babies "R" Us Canada is still around is because they found a buyer for their stores. Fairfax Financial now owns Toys "R" Us/Babies "R" Us Canada. Some locations are found in shopping malls, while others are found in strip malls or as free-standing locations.

Thank you, Canada! Toys "R" Us is in good hands north of the border.  :-)

I went in Toys r us in Sherbrooke QC Canada 2 days ago and how it was a great moment to see Toys r us again (for the first time since June 27, 2018)! It was small. it had a line in the store. it was in a mall too!
