I was in that Bi Lo when I was in Myrtle Beach a few years ago. I had forgotten about that!!! There were a bunch of grocery stores in the same area ( Bi Lo, Piggly Wiggly, and I can't remember the other one). There also is a Super Wal*Mart up the street from there, which was the first and only Super Wal*mart I've been in.
One time a few years ago I was at a 99? store and I bought this pasta that was Bi-Lo Brand and it was before I knew Bi-Lo was a supermarket and I thought it was just some cheap brand.
Bi-Lo was owned by the same company as Giant until late last year (well, late 2004 I guess)
It looks like they are still using the same BonusCard that Giant used:

But are no longer using bi-lo as a store brand.

Some private investment company I think, not a big chain.
(They also bought "Bruno's" and "Food World", which are really just other banners that Bi-Lo Uses/used)
Soddy Daisy Tennessee Bi Lo supermarket. Located on Dayton Pike open in 1981.
