here is the salomon pond mall in marlborough mass near the berlin townline off rt. 290 on donald j lynch rd and nearly 900,000 sf with a 200,000 sf filene's, a 150,000 sf Jc penny and a SEars. the mall opened in august 1996. the mall has kb toys, a food court, regal cinemas the mall was going to have a 180,000 sf jordan marsh and nobody beats the wiz. filene's becomes macy's in 2006.
