Quite a fascinating coincidence just occured.
So I was reading a thread under the "malls" section about how Paris Hilton was coming to someone's local mall. They had posted a video they took of her there. So I clicked the link and I was redirected to Youtube. So then I for no reason decide to do a search there for an interview with her that I had seen a long time ago. The search results came up and to my surprise, I spotted an Ames in the background of a video preview!
Never mind the video, it's a realy stupid interview and it's annoying to listen to, but behind the woman in the video is a vacant Ames!

Kind of creeped me out. (sorry if this isn't the right place for this)
This looks similar to (if not) the Hyde Park (NY) store, even the partially peeling green behind the letters.
That is awesome. I bet it is the Hyde Park Ames, the green trim on the pillars and spacing between them relative to the sign is identical. I know many people on this board have photographed it including myself, and it seems every time one more green section of the sign is missing!
