I saw a YouTube video on this mall earlier this year of the troubles of this mall.

By the end of this year, it can be said it lost 3 anchors in one year: JCPenney, Lord & Taylor followed by Sears, leaving only Macy's.

Any other mall lose 3 or more department store anchors in a single year?

I cant think of any but what's your guess what'll happen to it?

Checking google maps and see there is a Costco 1 mile away, and Sam's Club closer. Burlington, Marshall's, Ross are also nearby.

Maybe a major demall effort with another Walmart or Wegmans taking a large part of the mall area.

Nearest Walmart is 5 miles away, and nearest Wegmans is 6 miles. I'm sure the community would prefer Wegmans over Walmart though.

Lycoming Mall in Muncy/Williamsport PA lost 4 in a year and a half. The former Macy's was sold by Macy's to a self storage business. All others remain empty, and it appears that JCPenney's lease has finally run out, they were attempting to sub-lease the empty store.
