It's only worth $28.9 million, far less than the $128 million it was worth a decade ago. In other news, the former Macy's was sold at auction last week, but the price and buyer haven't been disclosed yet.

Several of the buildings went for well below $500,000, Lycoming Mall in PA went for a little over $500,000, Beaver Valley was well over $1,000,000. Those numbers of course not final, just closing numbers as the auctions ended.
