Update:

In Boston i-Heart Media (formerly known as Clear Channel) gets WKAF 97.7, WZLX 100.7, WRKO 680, and WBZ 1030. They will be putting their own WXKS 1200 into the Aloha Station Trust to sell. WXKS has a lease with Bloomberg Business Network until February, which won't be renewed as the recently signed a leased with Beasley for WRCA 1330/106.1 FM.

Beasley Broadcasting will acquire 98.5 The Sports Hub WBZ-FM and spin Magic 106.7 WMJX to Entercom. $12 million is also involved somewhere.

i-Heart is also sending some of its stations in Tennessee and elsewhere to Entercom. That's how they're going to be able to acquire the Boston stations.

When everything is done in Boston.

Beasley: 92.9 WBOS - Alt Rock, 96.9 WBQT - Throwback Hip-Hop, 98.5 The Sports Hub, 102.5 Country WKLB, 105.7 WROR Classic Hits, Bloomberg Business 1330/106.1

i-Heart: 94.5 WJMN Hip-Hop, 97.7 WKAF Urban Adult Contemporary, 100.7 WZLX Classic Rock, WBWL 101.7 Country, WXKS 107.9 Top 40, 680 WRKO - Talk, 1030 WBZ All News, and WKOX 1430 New format Pending.

Entercom: 93.7 WEEI-FM Sports Talk, 103.3 WODS Top 40, 104.1 WBMX Hot AC, AC 106.7 WMJX, WAAF 107.3 Rock, and 850 WEEI ESPN Radio

The merger was complete this morning. 3 major format changes today.

Top 40 AMP 92.3 NYC, and TOP 40 AM 103.7 in Dallas flipped to ALT Rock using the branding ALT 92.3 and 103.7 respectively.

The 3rd format flip came in Chicago. They blew up Oldies K-Hits 104.3 and flipped it to Throwback Hip-hop using the branding "104.3 JAMS". Something may be going down in Boston as it's being reported 104.3 will be taking the WBMX calls currently on 104.1 in Boston.
