Did you guys know that a tire company once owned a number of TV stations in the in the United States and Canada? Here they are:


  • KHJ-TV 9 (now KCAL-TV 9), Los Angeles, California
  • WGTH-TV/WHCT 18 (now WUVN 18), Hartford, Connecticut
  • WEAT-TV 12 (now WPEC 12), West Palm Beach, Florida
  • WNAC-TV 7 (now WHDH 7), Boston, Massachusetts
  • WOR-TV 9 (now WWOR-TV 9), New York City, New York
  • CKLW-TV 9 (now CBET-DT 9), Windsor, Ontario
  • WHBQ-TV 13, Memphis, Tennessee
