This was in the background of a family photo taken in an Old Country Buffet in the mid-90s.  I know the location is somewhere in Maryland, likely around the Silver Spring area.  Anyone have an idea where this was?

Yes it's on my Facebook site Zayre Department store it's a thrift store now
