USA Discounters was a store similar to Rent-A-Center or Aaron's but instead of being fair in giving people credit they charged them way more then the original retail of the product, added on a massive amount of fees, were aggressive in the way they collected debt, and filed lawsuits in the state of Virginia against people who didn't make payments even if they lived multiple states away.

They changed their name to USA Living after admitting that a "discounter" wouldn't charge 2-3x the original cost of the product.
