Are the new owners of The Plaza at Burr Corners in Manchester, CT planning a redevelopment of the plaza? It sure seems that way from what I see on Atlantic Retail Properties Website.

It says Up to 100,000 Square Foot Anchor Sport available - relocate Pilgrim Furniture and K&G. Obviously K&G can take the spot to the left of Planet Fitness, but where would Pilgrim Furniture go?

Could they possibly be putting a Stew Leonard's in that spot? I know when new ownership took over the plaza two years ago the article said they were courting a supermarket for the plaza.
