The stores will receive a collective $200 million investment. Is your local Macy's on the list?

With the Bon Ton in Park City Center mall in Lancaster PA unoccupied, I'm wondering why macy's isn't pursuing this site? It's the strongest mall in Central PA region, has the Apple store in it, and it lacks a macys. The former Bon Ton site itself is also very desirable as it's close to the highways and has good visibility. Perhaps Lancaster county is overserved with two outlet shopping malls not too far, but it seems macy's would be amiss not picking up this location. If Boscov didn't have a store there, it would likely be pursuing this at the moment.

I went to Macy's at the Westfield Meriden Square Mall today. I was looking for shorts for work. They had the same brand of shorts as Walmart for $20 more, so I didn't buy them. Then I checked out the Macy's Back Stage area. While nicely decorated aside from the toys most of the stuff in that section section should be thrown into the donation bin at the neighboring Savers.
