They're owned by Cinemark.

The ones in Ann Arbor, MI and at Franklin Park Mall in Toledo, OH were former Showcase Cinemas outlets and both are now Cinemark, but are still branded as Rave though.

There was another Rave in Kalamazoo, MI that became an Alamo Drafthouse a couple years ago.
