The developer of Southgate in Portsmouth and the Brickyard in Epping is expected to complete construction of The Ridge on Route 11 by next spring. No word on tenants yet.

A couple of tenants have been lined up. Interestingly, the mock-up of the center depicts a large modern cineplex (something Strafford County presently lacks) yet in the body of the article there is mention of outdoor movie nights. Waterstone's Brickyard in Epping has a O'Neil Cinemas, which I think would be successful in Rochester.
